What does Junction 42 do?
Junction 42 is the home of Andrea and Jeremie King’s work in coaching, guest experience, community, and creative support.
At the center of our work is helping people feel more clear, aligned, and at home in their life, business, relationships, and spaces.
Sometimes that happens through coaching. Sometimes through a short-term rental evaluation.
Sometimes through a community conversation, creative project, or deeper look at what is ready to shift.
What does it feel like to work with you?
We are not here to save you, we are here to see you.
Working with us feels like being seen beyond the surface.
We listen for what is true underneath the tangle, help name what has been hard to explain, and bring warmth, honesty, humor, and practical next steps to the process.
The goal is not to turn you into someone else. The goal is to help more of the real you come forward.
What kind of coaching do you offer?
Our coaching supports personal growth, relationships, communication, confidence, emotional awareness, life transitions, and the deeper patterns that shape how you show up.
We work with people who are ready for more honesty, more clarity, and more connection.
That can be in their relationship, business, home, or sense of self.
Do you offer coaching for men?

We help men develop more self-awareness, emotional honesty, communication skills, confidence, and grounded leadership without shame, performance pressure, or pretending everything is fine.
This work can support dating,
relationships, purpose, fatherhood, business, and personal growth.
What is Magnetic Rentals?
Andrea's offering, Magnetic Rentals, helps short-term rental hosts create a better guest experience.
Andrea looks at the property through the eyes of the guest: comfort, flow, usability, listing clarity, amenities, first impressions, sleeping spaces, kitchen setup, hospitality details, and the small frictions that can quietly affect reviews.
You get ooutside eyes on your STR and expertise on creating spaces that feel like a home away from home for your guests.
Is Magnetic Rentals just decorating?
No. Decor matters, but guest experience is much bigger than decor.
A rental can look beautiful in photos and still feel confusing, uncomfortable, incomplete, or hard to use.
Magnetic Rentals helps hosts create spaces that feel thoughtful, easy, welcoming, and aligned with what guests actually need.
What communities are you building?
We are building spaces for real conversation, growth, creativity, and connection.
Our community work includes conversations around men’s growth, relationships, home, personal alignment, creative living, and building a life that feels more honest and alive.
Some spaces are online, some may be local, and some are still evolving.
Do you still offer art, design, and creative support?
Yes. We treat creative work as part of the larger picture.
Jeremie’s art and design background, along with Andrea’s eye for language, flow, and meaning, often supports the coaching, rental, and community work.
We may help with visual direction, custom artwork, creative concepts, spaces, or brand expression when it fits the project.
What if I am not sure where to start?
You do not need to arrive with the perfect category picked.
You might know you want coaching. You might know your rental needs help. You might be drawn to the community work.

Do you work online or in person?
Many coaching and consulting sessions can happen online through Zoom.
In-person work may be available in Apache Junction, the East Valley, Phoenix metro, and surrounding Arizona areas depending on the project.
Why does being seen matter in this work?
Because people can feel when something is generic.
They can feel when the outside of your business no longer matches the inside of your work.
Being seen helps the real thing come forward. From there, design and strategy have something true to serve.
